About Our Strategist

OUR FOUNDER

Christina Bolis

Psychotherapist

MA, LCPC, NCC

I’m a licensed psychotherapist and relational strategist who helps individuals and couples gain clarity, restore direction, and make intentional decisions about their relationships.

My work is grounded in the belief that most relationship struggles are not random or

rooted in “what’s wrong” with people. They

are patterned, directional, and shaped by the systems we participate in, often without realizing.

Rather than focusing on fixing the past, I help clients understand where they are, how they got there, and how to intentionally move forward.

How I See Relationships

I see relationships as living systems with direction, momentum, and destination. Disconnection doesn’t usually happen because something is broken. It happens because people drift off course, lose alignment, or begin traveling in different emotional directions without awareness.

My role is not to rescue, diagnose, or repair -- it is to help people locate themselves inside their relational system, understand the impact of their patterns, and regain agency over how they move forward. Clarity is what creates change. Not pressure, blame, or endless processing.

My work is grounded in the belief that most relationship struggles are not random or

rooted in “what’s wrong” with people. They

are patterned, directional, and shaped by the systems we participate in, often without realizing.

"I believe relationships deserve a process that is contained, ethical, and purposeful — one that honors both the emotional reality of the present moment and the long-term impact of the decisions being made."
